Queen Shantalil is the only one in the guild that can promote or demote a guild member's rank.

Consort, Senior Officers, and Officers are able to bring a recommandation of rank promotion before Queen Shantalil, however everyone is encouraged to give feed back.

These are things that are looked at for rank promotion.

(A) Time spent under your toons name.

(B) Respect shown to other toons/players.

(C) If weekly guild deposits are being made.

(D) Items being deposited into the guild bank.

(E) How often you help other members with questing and horde problems.

(G) Proven leadership skills.

(H) Meets the criteria of the rank.

(I) Honoring of the Hidden Glory's guild Name.

........This rank is promotable. The rank of Village Jester is reserved for those who can advise and assist the guild leader in keeping the guild running smoothly on a day to day level. Members of this rank are held to very high standards of how they represent the guild to guildies as well as to other guilds and will often be responsible to foster alliances for purposes of raids and instance run fillers. This rank has access to all tabs in the guild bank in a limited quantity.

........ This rank is promotable. People in this rank are requested to show all the things we look for in a Hidden Glory member and for them to set a good example of such. They also must have the ability to explain raids in a way that people understand not only the general concept but also the fight details of each boss. The rank of raid leader may withdraw 1 stack from tab 6 for food items as well as potions to supply the raid party.

Raider

- The rank of raider is reserved for those focused on being involved as raiders

........This rank is promotable. If a member is interested in being a raider as thier main focus it is recommended that they approach a Raid Leader for reccomendation. The Guild Leader is the only person who can promote or demote guild memebers however. Members in this rank will have a higher repair allowance allowing them to attend more raids.

Thier individual efforts are exceptional. This rank may also recruit/invite people to join the guild.
