We ask that as a member of Hidden Glory that you try to follow these rules. Your actions represent Hidden Glory of Frostwolf and because of this we will frown upon things that will bring a bad light upon this guild. If a member's actions were to make Hidden Glory of Frostwolf look bad that member would be delt with promptly.

If a member breaks a Law and it's that member's first offense. Queen Shantalil, her Consort, a Village Jester, or a Senior Officer will work to determine what should be done based on the Guild Laws and depending on the situation. The member in question will either be issued a Warning (with time expiration date), loss of Rank, or removal from Hidden Glory.

(1) NO BEGGING of any kind for any reason. If a member is found to be begging that member and any ALTs/ALT that member may have may be removed from the Hidden Glory Guild.

(2) No guild member is aloud to disrespect, put-down, or degrade any of your fellow guild members or any allies of Hidden Glory which includes Wolves of War.

(3) Respect your fellow guild member/members and help them when possible.

(4) Respect and follow the chain of command set forth within Hidden Glory. If there is a issue concerning a person in the chain of command anyone may approach the guild leader.

(6) All items deposited into the Guild Bank are for use by guild members. Once an item is put into the bank it is guild property, if you choose to leave guild the items stay in the bank for guild use. If it is found that a guild member is miss using the Guild Bank in anyway that member and any ALTs of that member Will be removed from Hidden Glory.

(6A) Guild Bank logs are kept of all items deposited including Gold, Silver, and Copper, as well as item deposits made by each member into the Guild Bank and are reviewed regularly.

(6B) Items in the Guild Bank are not to be placed in the Auction House, sold to a merchant, sold to another guild member, or to any other Toon with in the World of Warcraft.

(6C) Items in the Guild Bank are not to be withdrawn for Disenchantment use. If there is an item/items in the Guild Bank you would like to withdraw for Disenchanting use. Please ask Shantalil, her Consort, a Village Jester, Senior Officer, or Officer.

(6D) When the Guild Bank becomes over crowded with an item/items that are no longer being withdrawn by guild members Shantalil, or her Consort, will appoint a person to eliminate some of the items on behalf of Hidden Glory and any proceeds will be deposited in the guild bank.

(7) Hidden Glory Guild members from Shantalil, Consort, Village Jesters, Raiders, Senior Officers, Officers, Lieutenants, members and New Recruits and any toon in the guild. Are all incouraged to deposit to the guild bank as they can. These funds are to assist guildies in skilling up proffesions to benifit the Whole guild.

(8) Gold, Silver, and Copper desposit into the Hidden Glory bank are only used for guild support, armor repair and to assist the members of Hidden Glory as deemed by Shantalil, her Consort, Village Jesters, and Senior Officers. Only Queen Shantalil can withdraw gold from the guild bank. This is done to keep the guilds gold in check and safe and to make sure it is used correctly.

(9) If a member chooses to leave Hidden Glory for whatever reason, that member is asked to let either Shantalil, her Consort, a Village Jester, Bank Manager, or Senior Officer know of that member's choice. If they do not then the member and any of that members ALTs will not be allowed back into Hidden Glory at the rank the member in question left Hidden Glory at, If the former member is allowed to rejoin Hidden Glory. That member will be on a 90 day trial and must start at the base rank and work your way up.

(9A) If a member leaves Hidden Glory after previously doing so, and then requestes to rejoin Hidden Glory, Shantalil, her Consort, a Village Jester, and a Senior Officer must agree on letting the member in question rejoin Hidden Glory. If the member in question and that member's ALTs/ALT are allowed to rejoin Hidden Glory that member will be on a 90 day trial.

(9B) If the member in question chooses to leave Hidden Glory during that member's 90 day trial. After requesting to rejoin Hidden Glory and it is that member's 3rd time of leaving Hidden Glory. That member may not be allowed to rejoin however final dicesion is upto The guild leader.

(11) If a member is having problems with another member in the guild, please take a screen shot as proof for Shantalil, her Consort, a Village Jester, or a Senior Officer so that the problem can be delt with accordingly. DO NOT directly approach them with an issue without a Guild Officer or higher ranked guild member there to observe and help control the situation from escalating or getting out of control. All members are welcome to approach Shantalil, or Consort Grayywolf about any issues without repercussions.

(13) Only rank of Leutenant or above may recruit/invite people to join Hidden Glory.

(13A) If a member has a friend, famlily member, or just someone they know who play's WOW with regularity, Bring them before an officer or higher rank or have them go to www.hiddenglory.com and fill out the Guild Application.

Hidden Glory has the right to change, add, modify, etc... any of Hidden Glory's guild rules at anytime with out notice. Queen Shantalil always gives the final decree!
